Question
vmengland
Well I recieved my DSUSB cable and the DSCBL-15 cable from Shoestring Astronomy so I could start taking BULB shots with my Nikon D7000. I've tried two computers one with Windows 10 and the other with Windows Vista. I cannot get the BULB function to work. It keeps telling me I need a serial cable. I have tried resetting camera; battery out and SD cards out. I set the camera to manual mode and BULB before connecting to BackyardNikon. I still cannot get the serial cable to control the BULB function. I can still access all functions normally thru the USB cable. It seems like the serial cable (DSUSB) is not being recognised or something. Any ideas.
Thanks,
Mark
