Hello. I paid money for BYES. I'm trying to reinstall BYES but all I see in my purchases is the trial version and when I try to validate using that license key it doesn't work. Where is my paid purchase validation key? Thank you.

If you  purchased a permanent license, but do not see it when you log onto the web site and navigate to My Purchases -> Orders then it is most likely that you are using a different login username than what you used when you bought that license.  That is supported by the fact that you have never posted here using the tyavfm account.

To avoid having to purchase another license you need to remember that alternate username and log it to that account.

You have 2 accounts. Login with the account you used to purchase, and your key will be there.

The only piece of information that you need to remember, or save separately, is the login username for this web site. This is what gives you access to your license key(s). If you remember your username, you can reset your password, if you forget it, and you can change your email address if you abandon an old one.

Because people change email address, for whatever reason, you should NOT use your email address as your username. This is different from what you may do on other web sites that want you to use your email address as your username.

All of this is all the more important if you only visit O'Telescope on an irregular basis to get assistance with an issue and are unable to remember your username.
