The only piece of identification that you need to remember is the username of the account that you used when you got your license key from the O'Telescope Store. If you have that you can reset your password and log onto your account. Once logged in you can change your email account, if necessary, and see all of your license keys. That username is the "Identifier" that the license validation needs. It cannot be reset.

The admins may be able to help you recover your username, if it is not "mikemuggless". Please be patient.
