Have you checked that the new camera is on the list of supported models?

Or you could scroll to the bottom of this page and click on Supported Cameras link in the BackyardEOS column in the page footer.

Also, be aware that in the past the developers have only granted 2 Trial licenses to a single user, so if you are given a second Trial, be sure to make the most of it.

Finally, if you have had a Trial license in the past, you will probably remember that the Trial license needs an active Internet connection every time that BYE is started up. And that the version of Windows that you are using it with must be Windows 10 or 11, since older versions do not have the built in security features to be able to talk to the O'Telescope servers to verify that the Trial license is active.

Hi - I have tried adding it to my cart but it still won't let me.  Have tried a few times to see if the system needed to reset but no change.  Just keeps saying that I have the product already

Hi - I've looked but now it just shows as all orders cancelled and now there are no expired or unused licences.  There is no hurry so please enjoy your vacation and hopefully this can be sorted on your return

Hi - I have just tried to use the trial licence key but it's telling me that it had expired.  I didn't realise that the 30 days started from when it was put in the basket and I have been waiting to trial it when there has been good(ish) weather.  Is it possible to get a new key so that I can trial it whilst on holiday?

I just archived your trial key.  Go ahead and add it again to your cart and proceed to checkout for a second 30-day trial.
