ameduri

Question

Bonjour,

Pascal

If no image is displayed, even in the main part of the Imaging window than it is possible that images are only being saved tot the SD card in the camera. If so then you need to change the Capture Plan to send images to the PC.

Also, you have not said which version of BYE you are using. If it is old then you should consider updating it to 3.2.3.

Are you running the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of BYE 3.5.0.RC7?

If images are being downloaded and displayed in the main part of the Imaging screen, and the Show Thumbnail button is toggled to display thumbnails, but you are not seeing thumbnails, then this is a new issue that nobody else has reported. It may be related to the RC software.

This is a very odd behaviour for the 32 bits version. I can confirm that the code for the thumbnail has not changed in years, not ever for the 64 bits version of BYE/BYN.

I'm glad you made it work, though.

Merci, et au plaisir :)

Thanks Rick. Yep this is a bug. For some reason, the x86 release is actually resolving to a X64 dll to load the image in the thumbnail strip.
