Connecting a Canon T2i

yknott456

Question

I haven’t used this camera for a few years but I thought I might use it for the eclipse.  I can’t seem to get BYEOS to to recognize it (yes, the PC does see it).  I seem to recall that there was some trick to this but I can’t remember what it was.  Yes, I have the digic right and I tried all three just to make sure.  Can anybody help?

thanks,

Al

You did not say which version of BYE you are using, but if it is a recent version the T2i should be supported.

Make sure that there is no other software that is using the camera, and also that the camera is in Manual shooting mode.

You should also select the Canon (not Canon210) version of the SDK before connecting.
