Cannot Connect to R8

Hello,

I seem to be having an issue connecting to my Canon EOS R8. I get this message from BYE:

I have tried multiple USB C to A cables. Am I missing some camera setting to allow usb connections?

The R8 is not supported in BYE 3.2.3. You need to download BYE 3.5.0.RC7, either the 32-bit or 64 bit version, to connect to the R8.

Ah, that did the trick! Thank you! Out of curiosity, does 3.5.0.RC7 also support the Canon R5?

You should really take the time and consult the supported camera matrix. The R5 is supported.
