If you get an Internet Required error while validating your key - READ THIS.

If you get a "License activation error! Trial keys require Internet access" error when you try to activate your key, it is most likely caused by one of the following:

1. Your computer does not have TLS 1.2 installed. You can check if your computer has TLS 1.2 installed here (scroll down to Protocol Features -> TLS 1.2)
2. Your anti-virus is blocking the call to the activation server. Please whitelist otelescope.com.

You should always cut&paste your key and identifier from the otelescope.com website. Your key is accessible 24/7 under "My Purchases -> My Orders".

TLS 1.2 is ok but it's not working on windows 7 32 bits. I have the same message

Microsoft no longer supports Windows 7, so no security updates. You should probably upgrade Windows to a version that supports TLS 1.2 out of the box.
