Premium License Key Activation Issue

I have purchased the premium license (3.2.3), but when I open the app on my laptop (old core i3 and windows 7) and enter my identifier and license key, I am getting an error that states "Additional non-parsable characters are at the end of the string". Any help or suggestions are most welcomed.

Be sure to use copy/paste to transfer your license key from the web site into BYE rather than trying to type it in.

Also, obsolete versions of Windows 7 and 8, and early 8.1 do not come with the new web security that the O'Telescope servers require to validate your license. You need to either upgrade Windows to 10 or 11 or upgrade the Transport Layer Security (TLS) to 1.2. Microsoft should have instructions for how to install TLS 1.2 onto Windows 7.

I just tried your key and it validated for me. Make sure .net is up to date and make sure you cut&paste your key/identififer form the website... the letter I looks a lot like the number 1 and the letter O looks a lot like the number 0.
