Canon EOS 100d not connecting

Hey so i'm using a Canon eos100d on the 3.2.3 trial edition and i've plugged it into my windows pc with a A/V OUT cable and backyard eos is not detecting it

What can i do?

You need to connect with the USB cable, not the av out cable.

In the future, if you have an issue with Backyard EOS and your Canon camera, please post your issue to the Backyard EOS Forum, not the General forum.

Oh, and by the way, the A/V OUT jack is for connecting your camera to a television for image display and video playback, not for capture control.
