Hi - I am not succeeding in this upgrade.
I have 3.1.16 Premium. I have downloaded and installed v3.2.3 premium.
I have gone the cart and selected Premium. After going to the checkout and entering the upgrade code, I saw that I was being charged for 2 x upgrade. Don't know how that happened. Then backed out and entered the cart again. When I entered the code the response was that I have used this code too many times previously!?
I have my original licence key. Hopefully you can access my account based on this submission.
So - how do we proceed? Desperately keen to test a new camera ...................-(
