Per the information in the license validation dialog,

If it is not accepted then there could be 2 causes. 1) you are not entering it correctly. Be sure that you are entering your username in a case-sensitive manner. and 2) it MUST be the username of the account that you used when you got the license.

Same problem here.
And I’m sure did everything correctly.

code and username are entered right.

No access unfortunately.

Question before I leave to find another software.
what do you mean by “case sensitive “?

 Thanks

License activation error! Trial keys require Internet access. If you are connected to the Internet, please make sure your firewall and/or antivirus is not blocking access to the server.

You make assumptions. Your issue is NOT the same at all.

This issue in this thread is that the OP does not know his identifier.

Your issue is that something in your environment (PC/Firewall/antivirus/etc...) is blocking the call to the servers to validate your license.

Good luck with your other software. I don't mean this in any malicious way, we are trying to help you in your own thread, and you are free to work this out or not.

Regards,

Neither are you helping yourself.

You posted the same issue to multiple threads.

Most people have no issues when validating their Trial license. This indicates that there is no systemic issue with license validation. There have been some issues with people who are running older versions of Windows that have obsolete security that is incompatible with up-to-date web sites like the O'Telescope servers.

In the other thread suggestions were made as to the cause of your validation issue. You never replied to those suggestions or the questions asked that would help to diagnose the issue(s) with your PC that could be preventing your PC from validating the Trial license. In effect you asked for help then appeared to ignore the help that was offered.
