Unable to use the key BYE premium

I bought BYE premium tonight 

Downloaded the software it downloaded as the trial version

then I tried to add the key validation failed

Anyone have any ideas?

Where did you get the key?

 

Did you order a free trial key through the Store?  If so then you view your key through the "my client area" of this web site and copy it to the Windows clipboard and paste it into the license validation area in BYE.  If the PC is connected to the Internet it should validate with no problem.

I see 1 activation on the server.  Please confirm you got it working.

got it sorted still not sure what was the issue was.

 

I am a long time user 3.0 version until I had a major hardware failure with my backup system

 

an lost my old key so had to upgrade
