Question
Dirty Harris
A computer crash a week back also took BYE with it. I've had an account with O'telescope since 2014 and still do evidently. We were using version 3.1.17 prior to the crash and thought it would be wise to upgrade to latest version now. I simply cannot recall the proper steps to take to update the program. I know this issue has been addressed in the past, and I did indeed search the forum, but didn't see anything related recently. I also know it's a fairly simple process, but I'll be dog gone if I can remember just where to begin. I would appreciate any help from you good folks, before I make a costly error, regards, D. H.
Thanks to the Backyard team for a quick reply, but a follow up question if I may? If I Download the most recent pre-release version, and install it to my computer, what prevents me from being billed again for downloading and installing the program? does it have to do with the license key, and identifier? And where exactly do I cut and paste them to, is there a prompt of some sort on the downloaded program? Thanks again, I'm just trying to get this right this time. D. H.
