Identifier

I have been using Backyard EOS for five years but tonight at the start of an imaging session it wanted my "identifier" (I have the license key) and of course not having it with me I couldn't begin my session. How do I recover my Identifier?

It's your login name "richr".

When in doubt, click "My Purchases -> Orders". Both you key and identifier are there.

BTW, upon reading the text in the license validation dialog, beneath the Identifier textbox, it says "Your identifier is your O'Telescope website account log-in name that your license key is associated with."
