Where can I download the manual for basic version 3.1?

The User Guide is installed with BYE/BYN. Just click on the ? at the right end of the BYE/BYN title bar to open the guide.

Also, near the top of the BYE Application Support Forum are post with links to video presentations of how to use BYE.

Of course, if you have specific questions you can ask them here.

Since you already have purchased BYE you already have the manual as Rick said above.

In addition, you can navigate to the install folder and click the .chm file
