Per the banner at the top of this web page "Be as specific as possible when reporting issues and *ALWAYS* include the full version number of the application you are using and your exact *CAMERA MODEL*".

Also it has been experienced by other users that you need to have TLS 1.2 installed on a PC where you are trying to validate your license.

Did you type it in or cut&paste it?  Use cut&paste directly from your "Purchases -> Orders" here on the website to prevent typos.

Validation errors can be caused when TLS 1.2 (Transport Layer Security) is not installed or activated on your PC. This protocol is required for your PC to communicate with the O'Telescope servers to validate your license.

The following article may provide some help with installing and enabling TLS 1.2.
