Hello, on my office PC (Win10) the trial software installs without problems and is licensed with the trial license. But on my Astro laptop (Win7) I get the message "There is no internet connection" when licensing. Although I have a good internet connection. Firewall and virus protection are completely turned off. Is this because I am trying to activate the software twice with the same 30 day trial license? What can I do now? Of course it has to be tested on the old laptop because the software consumes a lot of memory.
