I bought a new computer and transferred files from my old computer.  When I try to open BackYard EOS I got the message "You need to validate your activation key again". Please send the activation key to the email address on record.

Dennis,

The title of your post is misleading. You need your license key, not a password.

When you log in with the same account that you used when you purchased your BYE license and scroll to the top of this page, you can see your license key by navigating to the My Purchases | Orders page. Any all the license keys purchased by your account are always visible there.

Also, never post your license key or any screenshots of your license key to any public forum, including this one.

No, I do not send activation by email, did not send a single key by email since 2014.

All keys are available here the website 24/7 under "My Purchases -> Orders"
