I received this error message trying to validate the software. "License validation error! Application version not valid. Please contact us, you may need an upgrade key." I could find any contact information for company. Please advise on how to correct this error.

These forums are the correct place to get support for BYE and BYN.

If you are trying to validate a Trial license, you need to be running the newest version.

Also be aware that the Trial license requires an internet connection to validate the license each time you start the software, so don't go out to a dark sky site with no internet connection and expect to use the software. The Trial is for you to use at home where you can test most of the functionality and become familiar with the software before heading out to your dark sky site. Once you have a purchased license the software will start up without an internet connection.

I was in my house when I downloaded the software and got the error message. I had to be on the internet to download the software and to get the error message from your server. I downloaded version 3.2.2
