Question

I bought and downloaded BackyardNikon on 9-1-2022. I recieved my email with the license number however I deleted the email by mistake. I need the email resent and also my purchase of DOES NOT appear in my purchases. It does show a cancelled order from Monday 19 september 2022,

I have sent 2 emails to support with no response whatsoever. If this does not get resolve I will cancel payment and/or request a refund.

First, you get support by posting to the forums here.

 Second, after logging onto the O'Telescope web site with the same username that you used to get the license, scroll to the top of the page and select My Purchases and Orders from the menu bar. You should see your license key in the dialog that  appears. Just Copy and Paste the license key into the BYN license validation dialog.

Oh, and please keep in mind to never post your license key in any public forum.

Free support is offered exclusively via the support forum, we do not offer free 1:1 support over the telephone, never did and never will.

This said, all of the information you claim you don't have is actually all there, "My Purchases -> Orders", including your key and invoice (click view detail on the order #)
