"Key Length Invalid" issue

I'm trying to upgrade from 3.1.11 to the latest. I get "Key length invalid" when I enter the 1st 20 chariscters of my key + 5 dashes. Adding additional digits (it'll only take 5 more) results is "Could not find any recognizable digits" error. Yes, anti virus is off.

When you upgrade BYE from 3.1.11 to 3.2, you should not need to enter your old key because the key does not change.

Also, my key is much longer than 20 characters.

Oh, and DO NOT EVER POST YOUR KEY ON THIS, OR ANY OTHER, FORUM!!!

There is no upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2.  Just use the same key as it appears in your "My Purchases -> Orders" here on the website. Don't type it in, use cut&paste and it should work as-is.
