Please send me an email at support@otelescope.com, it's nothing you did but because you created a second account back to back it is a bit more complicated to unlock a trial on your computer now.  It's is doable but I need to give you specific instruction.

Look in the "my client area" in the upper right of this page.  It will give you the status of your license.  A trial license is good for 30 days.  That should be enough time to evaluate how BYE works, what it does, and that it is compatible with your camera.

 

You can and should test BYE with a lens on your camera at home in the house, not just with the camera on a telescope.
