trial license expired though never used

Hello, I have added BYEOS to cart and received trial license key that has immediately expired.

How do I get a new key?

nope, key in your account is active and was activated once.

I'm unsure what I have done wrong, I originally downloaded v3.2 and realised the key was for v3.1.

I have now downloaded v3.1, entered the licence key and identifier but cannot proceed past validate. Any help would be appreciated.

The same license is good for 3.1 or newer.

The key is valid for 3.1 and 3.2.

Download and use 3.2.2 with your key.

I've tried in v3.2, an error appears saying "the key has expired, been deactivated or has not been activated yet. Please contact us."

In v3.1 I cannot proceed past the validate box. It just pops back up.

Please bear with me, I'm sure there is a solution.
