BYE 3.2.2 not recognizing Canon 77D but still works on the T5

Question

Hi there,

I used the Rebel T5 for a long time and had no problem with this software. Now I just got a 77D and it's not recognizing it, I get the Camera not found!. If I connect the T5 it still works, using the same cable and same open BYE window, I try with the 77D and no luck. I already re installed BYE... I had v3.2.1 and upgraded to the latest one and still no luck. Change cables and all work on the T5 but not on the 77D. What am I missing?! is there a specific setting in the camera that I should look for?

for support it said open a ticket... but this is all I could find here... hope this is the right place. If not, please point me to the right place.

Thanks,

Fernando
