The EXIF data pop-up table in the Image Center / Image Preview already has simple tools (SelectAll, Copy, as well as Cut, Paste, Delete, Undo - not sure about the purpose of these last 4).
However, due to the Copious Data which Canon and Nikon embed in their EXIF, one truly needs a "Find Text" tool.
Sure, one can easily use "Select All" and then "Copy", to "Paste" into NotePad or some Text Editor (and even get advanced "Search" tools or RegEx tools).
But... These Text Editors all Open to default WHITE Background Windows which tend to Ruin one's Night Adapted Vision - which BYE/BYN works hard to Preserve with Night Mode.
And... A simple "Find" will do in most cases...
