Question
astroCPA
I tried to log into my BYEOS and I got a window that defaulted with my license key and then asked for my identifier. It says its not my password but the log-in name that the license key is associated with. Is that not my email account, and if not how can I get it so I can open the software.....help!

The Identifier that is used to validate your license is the logiin name that you were using when you purchased your license. You are currently logged in as astroCPA. That would be your Identifier.
