BYE on new computer

I originally purchased BYE several years ago (2015??). The original computer crashed so I recently tried to load BYE onto a new computer. All went well till I was asked for my license key and identifier. When I entered the info I had written down when I first purchased BYE, I get and error message "License validation error! Key or Identifier error". How do I go about loading BYE onto my new computer.?

Thanks Rick. When I originally wrote my license key # I wrote a "c" that should have been an "e". Works now. Appreciate the info.

You need to log onto this site with the same username that you used to purchase your license in 2015. Then go to My Purchases | Orders on the blue menu bar at the top of the page. You should see the license key that you were issued in 2015. Use copy/paste to transfer the key into the BYE validation dialog and type in your username as the identifier.

If you don't see your license listed it is probably because you created a second account and there is no license associated with the new account. If so, the admins may be able to help.

Typos are the most common reason for license validation failures.
