Question

I can' connect to wifi. I use both method direct and access point, every time that I start the OEs Premium app it said can' find the camera. I see a problem that when I pair the camera using cannon utility the utility stay open when is connect or pair. The Backyard is say it need to by close and when I close it the connection is loss.

Need help

BYE uses the Canon EOS SDK to control the camera. The SDK does not provide support for WiFi communications so BYE cannot. Also Canon does not provide instructions for how 3rd party developers can enhance their software to accomplish paring the camera with the PC.

That said, some people have been able to work by using the EOS Utility to pair the camera to the PC and then launch BYE. You should be able to find posts that describe how to do it in  the archives of this forum.

However, WiFi is slower and less reliable than a wired USB connection, so it is not really recommended for astrophotography use, since even a momentary glitch in the connection can cause BYE to fail.
