BYEOS won't let me into bulb mode

Kirscovitch

Question

Planetary mode worked fine for me last night but when I tried to image the Beehive Cluster, Frame and Focus mode would only let me take 2.5 second subs. I would scroll up to bulb and click on it but nothing would change. So I switched to the imaging mode and tried and though it said BULB and my length was set to 60 seconds, when I clicked the Run button, the shutter would open for 2.5 seconds and then the screen would read "Downloading" and count down for the rest of the 60 seconds even though the shutter was already closed. After messing with it I was able to select 30 seconds from the dropdown menu in the imaging interface but it would not allow me to select Bulb.

Version is 3.0.3 with an 1100D. I've been using BYEOS for almost a year now with no problems. Last time I used it was December and it worked fine. And I made sure that it was on M mode after discovering the problem. Usually if I'm not in M mode it will beep at me and inform me.

Only thing I could think of is maybe the camera wasn't attached to the T-ring properly. Seemed almost loose when I removed the camera from the scope. Could that possibly cause it?
