Issue with Raptor 61 and Backyard EOS

Question

Issue with Raptor 61 and Backyard EOS

I am fairly new at astrophotography and must be missing something basic here.  I have a Raptor 61, a Williams Optics T-Ring and a Canon R6 for the optic path and camera.  I am attempting to run it all with Backyard EOS (have tried both ver 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 for BYE).  When using my standard Canon lens, there is no issue.  When I use the above-described configuration, I am unable to take an image.  LiveView works fine for framing and focusing, but attempting to take an image results in an Error.  The log from BYE looks like:

20:28:33  Licensed to xxxxxxxxxx

20:28:33  BackyardEOS 3.2.2 Premium Edition

20:28:42  Attempting to connect camera...

20:28:42  Canon drivers 'Canon\' initialized.

20:28:43  EOS-R6 CONNECTED!

20:28:49  Unable to set LiveviewAutoFocusMode, current setting is assumed!

20:29:09  Imaging session started.

20:29:11  Capture Error: General camera error.

20:29:11  Imaging session cancelled

20:29:11  ERROR 36107 : EDSDK.EdsSendCommand(cameraRef, 4, 65539)

20:29:12  Imaging session cancelled

I have not been able to find a description of the error code.  Any suggestions on next steps would be appreciated.
