Hi,

Please can you reactivate the 30% discount code for BYE (which has now expired Order #56693, I was not surprised that you made it expire tbh!). As I said before I don't feel at all happy about the way I have been treated or shut down on here but I feel I have no choice now, which really shouldn't be the outcome. Some people on here clearly think that just buying another licence is the easy option and that cost isn't an issue, it is for me. And I have explained exactly my reasoning for why this is extremely unfair as I now have an unusable product through no fault of my own (BYN). I am not going to explain it again.

I know for sure that you could have deactivated my Nikon license and activated a new Canon license free of charge because it says the following on this very website:

NEVER POST YOUR KEY IN ANY PUBLIC FORUM, INCLUDING THE O'TELESCOPE SUPPORT FORUM ::: IF YOU DO YOUR KEY WILL BE DEACTIVATED WITHOUT NOTICE!

I mentioned this fact twice in previous threads but each time you shut down the thread and never answered this point.

As I have said before, you sold me BYN May20 and only in September20 told me my camera was unsupported. But (probably stupidly) I am still willing to pay you for BYE with the discount.

I look forward to you reapplying the discount for BYE and forgetting all about this,

All invoices are set to expire after 7 days in unpaid.  Yours fell in that bucket since it's been over 1 month.

It's been re-issued.... and is valid for 7 days.
