Activation Key is not in client area under "My Purchases"

Question

I upgraded BYN from 2.0.11 because i could never take more than one photo at a time and it didn't control my D810 properly. Would not take total control of the camera and the shutter would open, but not close). But that isn't why I am writing. I downloaded the new file and cannot find my activation key as there is no client area under my purchases. I don't even see the my purchase of BYN. Please help. How can i find my Activation Key?

Please try again, for some reason there were 2 accounts with the same email and same username.  I just merged both accounts.  You should see your key now.  If not, sign out of the website and then sign in again.
