It seems like some 800 coupons did not migrate properly when we launched the new website on Saturday December 20th.
This led to some confusion when some of you saw their upgrade coupons not validating properly.
We have resolved this issue and your upgrade coupon should validate now. In the event that it does not validate still, please send us a nice note (yes some did send us some pretty nasty emails) and we will investigate.
Please note that if you had a Classic Edition and upgraded to the Premium Edition at a later date, only your Premium Edition is valid for a free upgrade. Please make sure you use your premium edition coupon.
