Hi I Have an license key for your product Backyard Eos which I purchased back in August 2013. Will this still work?

Gavin,

It is a good news bad news story.

First, the bad news. Since you purchased your key, the authors have changed how they do licensing so your multi-line license key that you received when you purchase BYE 3.0 or earlier will not work for versions of BYE 3.1 or later.

The good news is that your existing multi-line key will continue to work for your old version AND there is a no cost path to trade your old license for a new license that will work for current releases.

All you need to do is outlined in the Upgrade Instructions. The details of the steps to get a new license depend on which version you are currently licensed for and what type of upgrade you want to perform. They are detailed on the Upgrade tab on the BYE product page in the O'Telescope store. Just follow this link:
