Be as specific as possible when reporting issues and *ALWAYS* include the full version number of the application you are using and your exact *CAMERA MODEL*
NEVER POST YOUR KEY IN ANY PUBLIC FORUM, INCLUDING THE O'TELESCOPE SUPPORT FORUM ::: IF YOU DO YOUR KEY WILL BE DEACTIVATED WITHOUT NOTICE!
I, too, cannot connect my D500. The log shows no other info than the camera is unable to be found. Have tried multiple cables with no success. Program can still find my D7100, but it usually takes a few tries. I attempted to install the files provided to another member via Dropbox but the files can no longer be accessed. Thanks!
