Nikon D810A not recognized

I have a Nikon D810A and BYN version 2.0.4. Camera is not recognized by BYN, USB 3 cable in camera connected to USB 2 port in PC, powered on, battery fully charged. Anything special I need to do? Version 1 worked find with D800E and D2100.

I see this error in the log file.  It looks like there is a file missing.

Please re-install and try again.
