As the Feature Sets of even the Entry-level DSLRs have grown and quite often impact the successful operation of BYE/BYN Features (such as LiveView or Planetary or Focus), could you (Guylain) maintain a Table with the most common "Needful Settings"??
This could actually be a Table per BYE and BYN, with Rows for DSLR Model and Columns for each Setting (very similar to the "Supported Cameras" pages).
Perhaps each Table could be hosted in a Curated Sticky pinned in the Support Forums, allowing Users to post Settings which they have found to be Needful to see these BYE/BYN Features to work with their Models.
These "Settings Tables" could also be used to identify Features which are problematic for certain Models and SDKs.
eg: For my 7DmkII, we came to the conclusion that Save to Camera Only is not supported. And I'm struggling with LiveView / Planetary - perhaps related to Disabling the Camera LCD Display (per a recent posting in another user's thread).
