Keys ARE NOT sent by email.

 

That email was to confirm your account creation, that is it.  And since you have confirmed your email account that email has no other purpose.

 

Keys are stored online here on the website.  Click the "My Purchases" in the upper right corner, your key is there.

Then you did not enter your key correctly (cut&paste is your friend) or you did not type your identifier correctly.  The identifier is case sensitive and yours has an uppercase "P", the rest is lower case.
