Changing from trial to premium before 30 days

I would like to use BYE offline so I purchased the Premium version key before my 30 day trial is over. How do I enter the new key to upgrade? I have tried reinstalling the program but it still shows the trial version key.

There is no need to re-install the program. Just enter the Premium license key into the existing software by clicking on the padlock icon at the right end of the BYE title bar. Click on Edit License... Then enter your Premium license key and your identifier.

You should use Copy and Paste to transfer the license key from the web site into the validation dialog. Then enter your login username from the O'Telescope web site into the identifier field on the validation dialog.

It is unfortunate that you chose your email address as your username since that is also your identifier. It is important for you to remember that if you change your email address in the future, you will still have to use tie same old address as your username on this web site AND as your identifier for license validation. It is important that you remember this.
