Canon SL3 the shutter speeds only only to 1/400.

Question

I have an SL3 that only brings over the shutter speed up to 1/400.  I am hoping to use the plans for capture of the eclipse.  I tried to edit a saved plan in notepad but would not add new speeds.  Is there a bat, or all file the camera sends over that I might edit.

Thanks.

Please read the orange banner at the top of this web page and provide the version number of BYE that you are using, like 3.2.3. Some issues may be version related.

You could try this: Go to Settings -> Advanced Settings and click Delete Cache Data. Then put the camera in Manual shooting mode and restart BYE. After you connect you should have all the shutter speeds.

Thank you for the answer.  I deleted the cache data and my shutter speeds are working just fine now.
