loading BYE on a new computer

I've had a subsciption since2015, I get this error when I try to load it on a new computer,

Thanks for obscuring your license key in the screenshot that you included with your post.

The GUID which is the Class ID ({CF4CC405-E2C5-4DDD-B3CE-5E7582D8C9FA}) for a windows executable file C:\Windows\System32\wbem\wmiutils.dll. As you may have figured out by now this dll is a part of the Windows Operating System that is likely used by multiple applications like BYE. This is pointing to corrupted Windows installation or update.. You should investigate that this dll is correctly installed and has not been modified or replaced with malware. Apparently BYE needs this DLL to be correctly installed and functional in order to complete the license validation process.. Make sure that your version of Windows is up-to-date and that your antivirus software is also up-to-date and a full scan of your hard drives shows that you are free of any infections. If that does not resolve your issue I would next try to repair Windows.
