In the past people have confused "logging in" with "downloading", so please be explicit about what you are trying to do and what you are seeing.

Let's concentrate on the laptop, when you are unable to logon to the O'Telescope web site. Which version of Windows are you using? Also, which browser are you using and do you have VPN, firewall, and anti-virus software installed and enabled? What country/region is configured in Windows? Do you have problems logging onto other web sites from the laptop? Are you relying on a cached password, or do you enter the password via the keyboard each time you try to logon?
