License deactivated

Hello, I installed BYE with a trial license on Tuesday and since yesterday it stopped working. I get an error saying that my license has expired or is deactivated. Can this be fixed? Thanks.

I will pin this thread for a week or 2. This way, anyone seeing this thread that has had their trial key deactivated due to the server outage of Feb 8th will know to post here, and I'll give them another 30-trial.

This has also happened to the full licence I've been using for many years.

There was a major outage on the website and licensing server yesterday (February 8, 2023) that lasted about 8 hours.

This has been resolved.

I saw that yesterday but I am still getting an error message (the screenshot was just made).

I just archived your trial key.  Go ahead and add it again to your cart and proceed to checkout for a second 30-day trial.

The same for me. I have a trial version since February 4, but the key has been deactivated.
