Release Updates (Descriptions)

deansj

Question

When you release a changed version, e.g., 2.1.2 (BYN) are the two listed changes the complete set of changes?  I ask since itI  helps with the decision whether to install the updated release.  I do not required either of the new features, however if there are other minor patches/fixes, I would certainly go for it.

Merci

John

I refer to this:

NEW FEATURE: Added support for Nikon Z5
NEW FEATURE: Added support for serial cable SMAKN LCUS-1 HEX for BULB.

You should install the latest release, and optionally pre-releases. This is especially true if you plan to report an issue.

Any new version can be installed without cost AND you can also choose to install a new version of the software side-by-side with the current version.

There is really no reason not to install the latest release even if you do not seem to benefit with the changes listed in the Release Notes.
