Canon Rebel T6i will not connect

I'm attempting to connect a Canon Rebel T6i to BYE and the program will not connect.  EOS Utility will recognize and operate the camera.

The T6i is not yet supported in 3.1.3.  The SDK was not released when 3.1.3 was released. 

 

It should be supported in the next release.
