D7100 No connection

I am trying to connect to my D7100 with the version 1.0.1 on trial. Connection fails. I am under W7 (64). I have DigiCamcontrol that works fine and connect to it with the same config, same port etc etc...

 

What to do?

Remove the SD card (or remove all images on it) and try again. 

 

The Nikon SDK creates an index of all images before connecting, this can take several minutes if your have a few hundred images on your card.

 

DigiCam does not use the Nikon SDK so it is not subjected to this Nikon SDK odd behavior.
