Backyard Eos 3.1.3 Trail Crashes

Hi everyone,  I am learning the Backyard Eos 3.1.3 Trail,  I am using Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit and Canon Eos Rebel XS,  the Backyard EOS crashes.  I am thinking of Buying Backyard EOS but first I learn it  I am getting a Skywatcher az Mount Eq6 and a Tube, and a Autoguider.  I saw the youtube Video Tutorial on how to use Backyard EOS.

This is either an installation gone bad -OR- Microsoft .net 4 framework is not up to date.

 

Please make sure your computer and Windows + .Net 4.0 are all up to date, then re-installed BackyardEOS.
