D90

First off Hi 

Am new to this forum so hope this is in the right place. I have downloaded BackyardNikon and dont think it is working plug the camera in with the lead I use to get photo's of it and nothing when I press the conect to camera button it just say's attempting to connect to camera. Do I need a special lead? any Ideas its only the 30 day free trial Beta version I have. Will add a this point am not really good on computers so any answer's if I need to do some thing really dumb them down

happy day thanks. Will i have to uninstall and reinstall it on my lappy when it's done or will it just say updating and do it it's self

It will install side-by-side.  This way if an older BETA works best for you you can still use it while I fix all other issues

Works great on my D90, live view works great. Can't wait for the rest of the features.

 

Tried to post the other night but wouldn't let me, hoping this works.

Welcome Rob.

 

BackyardNIKON BETA 01 was just release a few days ago for initial testing.  Thank you for letting me know the D90 is not connecting.

 

There is NO trial keys yet for BackyardNIKON, not until it is release for production in a few months I guess.  The BETA setup.exe come pre-packaged with its own beta tester trial key.

 

I'm still working on several connectivity issues for several models.  Once I get through this bump we should off to the races

It's up to you.  The -real- production release will install side-by-side from any beta releases.

Yes, it is working now and should be in BETA 01c.  I'll try to release this weekend.  I still have a few bugs to fix before release.
