Upgrade request

Question

As per instructions I completed the 'contact us' form on the upgrade instruction page, and copied my old Key in, but then got a message saying I had to select the correct department. As there is only 1, sales, I selected it but got a message saying i had to select the correct department!!!

so how do I send you my key???

This is odd, never had this issue reported before :(

 

Send everything to support@otelescope.com and I'll process your request just the same :)
